Join me — yoga teacher Tracy Southard, C-IAYT, RYT500 — for yoga classes at the beach in Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach and Ocean View, Delaware and nearby beach areas. I hold certifications in Yoga Therapy, Body Balance Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Mat Pilates. My yoga class style is inspired by a blend of Iyengar (alignment based), Vinyasa (flow) and Yoga Therapy. I am currently leading public and private classes — outdoor and indoor:

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Want to host a private session for a special event? Or just for fun? I bring the yoga to you! Whether it is on the beach, in a nearby park, at a favorite local spot or at your location (home, hotel, rental, poolside, in the pool for Aqua Yoga, yard, porch, patio, deck, workplace, etc.), I offer private yoga classes for small to large groups and would be happy to bring it to your event or special day: birthdays, friend gatherings, family vacations, staycations, yoga for couples, sororities, weekend getaways, company retreats, graduations, reunions, send offs, company events, expos and more. I can guide you through a relaxing session or more of a workout if you prefer.
Celebrate your bachelorette party or bridal weekend with a private yoga class!
Bachelorette parties and wedding party yoga sessions are some of my favorite private groups to teach — yoga is truly a great way to rejuvenate after a long night out, to energize before a weekend of fun or to relax with your bridal party before the big day.
Private group classes are also a great photo opportunity to create lasting memories. If you'd like, I can take a few candid photos during class and leave time for a group photo after class. I am also able to supply yoga mats (for indoor) or beach towels (for the beach) along with other props.

As a certified yoga therapist and certified Body Balance Yoga teacher, I also teach individual and small group yoga therapy sessions that can help to address body pain, injuries, alignment issues and self care.
